
Booking Your Private Candle Making Experience
Reservation
To reserve your date and time, a non-refundable retainer of $100 is required. The retainer fee is a separate, non-refundable fee required to secure your date and confirm your booking on our calendar. It does not apply toward the cost of services but is necessary to reserve your time slot and initiate preparations for your event. Once received, we will secure your spot on our calendar and provide you with a customized booking link to share with your guests.
Ticketing Information
When booking, please provide the event name and a photo of the person or group being celebrated. This title and image will be featured on the ticket, creating a personalized touch for your attendees as they register.
Event Flow & Setup
Private classes are two hours in duration. The first 30–45 minutes are dedicated to mingling, enjoying food, and socializing before the candle-making portion begins. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. We provide a designated area just outside our lounge for food and décor setup, including two 20" x 36" tables. Hosts may arrive up to one hour prior to the start time to arrange food and decorations.
