WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By purchasing products or participating in any services offered by The Black Candle Company, including but not limited to candle-making classes and event services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that candle-making activities, the use of candles, and other products offered by The Black Candle Company may involve risks, including but not limited to burns, accidents, or other injuries.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Black Candle Company, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses, whether personal, property, or financial, arising out of my participation in activities, the use of any products, or any services provided by The Black Candle Company.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold The Black Candle Company harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my use of products or participation in services offered.

Responsibility: I understand that I am fully responsible for my own safety and well-being during any activities, including those related to candle-making classes or use of products. I will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by The Black Candle Company.
