Private Candle Making at The Black Candle Company Celebrate birthdays, girls’ nights, corporate gatherings, and special moments with a private, elevated fragrance experience designed exclusively for your group. The space is reserved for your guests, creating a personal and relaxed atmosphere. Each attendee will choose one of those options when purchasing through the custom booking link. Ticket Options • 1 oz Fragrance Oil: $56 • 2 oz Room Spray: $58 • 4 oz Reed Diffuser: $66 • 8 oz Candle: $60 • 16 oz Candle: $74 • 1 oz Fragrance Oil and 8 oz Candle: $76 • 2 oz Room Spray and 8 oz Candle: $78 • 4 oz Room Spray and 16 oz Candle: $104 • 4 oz Reed Diffuser and 8 oz Candle: $86 • 2 oz Room Spray and 16 oz Candle: $92 Event Details • Approximately two hours • Guests must be 12 or older • Candles are ready approximately one hour after pouring • Take home, pickup, or $10 shipping is available The guided candle making experience will begin promptly once your party arrives. Food and beverages may be enjoyed during the second hour of the event. We provide a designated setup area with two 20 by 36 inch tables. Hosts may arrive up to one hour early to decorate. Reservations A nonrefundable $100 retainer is required for private studio events. Mobile experiences require a nonrefundable $150 retainer. The retainer does not apply toward the event balance but is required to secure your date and begin preparation. Once the retainer is received, you will receive a custom booking link for your guests. For corporate or host paid events, the remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Please provide an event name and photo of the guest of honor to be featured on your custom ticket.
